Geoffrey Alan Stokker was born and raised in Pretoria where he attended school at Pretoria Boys High and matriculated in 1997.
He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006 and was seconded to the New York office for a period of four months before he back and moved to one of the big four audit companies in the world. But he could never find his happiness in big corporates.
He married his wife, Tarryn on 16 December 2007 and on 5 May 2009 their son, Declan was added to the family.
It was while he was working at a construction giant in South Africa that he finalised the first draft of his first novel, PECAN HILL and is now looking for representation for this work.
